I have spam in my computer almost etched it to my computer. how can i delete it?

the "pop ups" keep telling me ot download a new spyware/ adware. there is also a blinkly yellow triangle (w/ a black ! in it) that popup saying the same thing and it sends me to a site when i click it.i most likly got it by a spam filled site..plz help

You can download Lavasoftusa "Adware" to remove the spyware.. if ur Operating System is XP and it is geninue the you can try downloading "Windows Defender"..

Go to http://www.top5antispyware.info/index.ph... to download an anti spyware for free.

Then scan your computer to check and get rid of spyware.
I would also suggest Spybot Search and Destroy as well as AntiVir. Both are free programs. The first is for spyware and the latter is for viruses.
