Help, Computer infection and i need to know what is some really good anti virus protection?

ok, my computer is infected with adware and a tojen but i can not get rid of these 2 things and its finally making me really mad. can any one tell me what software is very very good for getting rid of stuff like this and dont say Ad-Aware SE Personal because iv already tryed that. please help thanks! :)
