How do I get rid of <a href=';http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx'; rel=';nofollow';>http://runonce.msn

There is nothing but a blue screen on this page. I've tried changing my home page, but it doesn't work. I've tried deleting this as my home page, but when I open Explorer, it's still there! I've run my antivirus program, and there are no viruses or adware. HEELLPP!!!
