No viruses nor adware detected to be causing my problem. But, something has removed all my Web address from IE on the drop-down menu and when I put in a Web address and click GO, I get a prompt that IE has encountered a problem and has to shut down. I'm real confused and don't even know what to search for to figure out this problem. Can anyone help?

Don't use Internet Explorer. It's got bugs like this. TONS of bugs like this.
Use Mozilla Firefox, instead. It's faster, more secure, more reliable, customizable, and it's open-source, meaning that anybody can alter it however they please. Firefox also gets updates all the time, instead of every few years like Explorer. This means that the very MINUTE a critcal bug is found, you'll probably get an update.

Try using the IE 7 it works pretty good, something may be wrong inside it and u can try installing the 7 and if u dont like it just unistall and it will take u back to IE 6 Report It
