shud i download an anti spamware if they r different and which ones

I dont know what tune up utilities is, but I know i get a lot of fake programs that pop up and tell me to buy their software. So maybe there really is no problem because with all the programs you have you should be pretty well covered.

spyware: aims to steal information from your connection and harddisk.

spamware: aims to broadcast information, ie, advertising. They don't steal information.
Guess you should not . You could just work on the setting of your @mail account . Then just don' t use your core real address for subscription or other purpose when in dubious sites .

You can get dummy addresses , sometimes good for 24h , sometimes for a week , for free .
anti spyware will not help to fight spam. take a look at article about ''how to stop spam'' http://www.2-spyware.com/articles/email/... if you don't leave your email address on suspicious websites, etc, it will be much more helpfull than any antispam software.
