how do you know if your being hacked becusase my computer has alot of stuff i diddent download or is it just spyware and adware.

I'm sorry - but what on earth would scanning with anti-spy or adware achieve when the problem is related to hackers?!

For this you either need a firewall that will monitor your incoming connections or preferably an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) such as Prevx1.
